Notary Service Fees

Travel Fee:

             San Diego County                  $10.00

           Travel fees are paid no matter what, even if services are not rendered.

Signature Fees:

     First two signers (per page)              $10.00

     Additional signers (per signature)      $6.00 

Loan Signing Fees

Lender Supplied Docs (per set)          $100.00

E- Docs                                             $150.00

(E-Doc fees include two copies of docs.) 

No-shows or Unsigned Docs require payment of half the contract price.

Trust Fees

Single Signer Trust                                $75

Multiple Signer Trust                            $120
